SPEAK AT PARADIGM

A room that already chose your topic.

Seven minutes on stage. Relationships that continue well beyond the night.

Most speaking gigs put you in front of a mixed room and let you hope the right people are listening.

Paradigm works differently. Your topic is voted on by the audience before you ever walk on stage. Every person in the room signaled which topic they chose before the event, that what you're about to share is relevant to how they run their business.

You are not convincing anyone you belong there. The room already decided you do.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for polished presenters.

We are looking for business owners who applied AI to a real problem in their business and have a result they can describe clearly.

The result does not have to be perfect. It does not have to be a transformation story. It just has to be honest, specific, and something the room can actually use.

If your experience is real and your result is describable, it belongs on stage.

This pilot event is themed on Applied AI for Business Owners.

If you've used AI to solve a real problem in your business, and you can tell the room what you tried, what happened, and what you'd do differently, apply at the button below.

The format is designed to let the idea shine, not the presenter. Seven minutes is short enough to be manageable and long enough to say something useful.

What speaking at Paradigm looks like.

BEFORE THE EVENT

The room already chose your topic.

You submit three AI topics and a brief description when you apply. Once registrations opens, every attendee votes on the topics they find most relevant to how they run their business.

The topic most voted from your list is presented on stage.

By the time the event starts, everyone in the room has already told you they want to hear what you have to say.

DURING THE EVENT

Seven minutes. Then the room responds.

Five talks. Seven minutes each. No pitching. No product demos. You describe the problem, what you tried, what the result was, and what you'd do differently.

After your talk, the room votes in real time and submits live questions. The three speakers with the highest trust scores advance to the panel.

The panel is driven by audience questions — not a set agenda. If you make the panel, the room is actively engaged with your idea and wants to go deeper.

One final vote determines which speaker delivers a dedicated 60-minute post-event webinar, free for all registrants.

AFTER THE EVENT

The right conversations find you.

The networking session that follows is not cold. The people who resonated with what you said already know who you are and what you do.

Every speaker receives their individual audience score privately after the event, along with the Speaker Intelligence Report and all recordings. You'll see exactly how your idea landed, which parts of your talk generated the most questions, and how your trust score compared across the room.

For the speaker who earns the panel webinar, the relationship continues further — more time, more depth, an audience who chose to stay.

WHAT SPEAKERS RECEIVE

Leave with more than you came with.

Your individual audience score

Delivered privately after the event. See exactly how the room responded to your talk.

The Speaker Insights Report

A breakdown of what questions your talk generated, what the room found most and least relevant, and where the strongest audience engagement was.

The post-event webinar (if voted)

The speaker the room trusts most delivers a free 60-minute webinar for all registrants in the weeks following the event. If you earn that vote, it's yours.

All recordings

Your talk and any panel appearances, recorded and delivered after the event.

Warm networking

The people who approach you after your talk already know what you do and why it's relevant to them. The connections are pre-qualified before the conversation starts.

A stage that fits your audience

This event is built for business owners at the practical end of AI adoption. If that's your audience, this room was designed for you.

HOW TO APPLY

Applications take about five minutes. You'll be asked to describe:

  • The AI problem or use case you want to present

  • The result you achieved

  • The industry you operate in

  • Whether you've spoken publicly before

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Successful applicants are notified and added to the audience voting pool.

You do not need to prepare a full talk to apply. A clear description of your result is enough to assess fit.

WHAT SPEAKERS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO DO

  • Pitch products or services. The format actively penalises this through the voting mechanism.

  • Have a rehearsed keynote. Seven minutes of honest, specific experience is worth more than a polished deck.

  • Be an expert on AI in general. You only need to know what worked — or didn't — in your own business.

  • Have a large following or professional speaking history. First-time speakers are welcome and regularly perform well in the format.
